BEFORE YOU READ: Most important thing is to drop the notion that a ''cope'' is bad. Is naturally good to cope. I get it, you want to experience life NATURALLY, and get in relationships like normal people, without any coping, but realise that this dystopian society and women forces all these things upon more and more young men. So, like you reading this, most of the time I don't leave the house, but I still manage to be happy. I found the best copes that you will ever find by researching why people want relationships, get in relationships, have sex etc. It's about dopamine, seratonin & oxytocin. Nothing more.
I have made the decision to not even bother with women anymore. I don't approach them, see modern women what they are, which is essentialy devil incarnate. Manipulation, humiliating others, big ego, basically all the traits of the devil himself, you can find in the modern egotistical woman. They don't have any ability to pair bond like women of previous generations, treat people like shit, there is no reason to bother or trying to ascend. If you're trying to find a loving girlfriend, which is what I wanted and the vast majority of incels want, it really is over, and it will get worse, believe me. Introverts (99% of incels) avoid too much stimulation as it could make them anxious or overwhelmed (mentalcels). But if you’re an introvert and you learn to manage your anxiety with practice, you can bring on your extrovert side in a social situation by boosting your dopamine levels (4).

To optimize your dopamine levels, you must first identify your sources of dopamine and seek healthy levels for optimal mood and performance.
You want to diversify the source of your dopamine and make sure you get it from healthy sources.
To increase dopamine levels:
Check items off of your daily success checklist.
Break down tasks into smaller to-dos.
Set healthy rewards for healthy behaviors.
Declutter or delete.
Run experiments in your work or do self-experimentation to experience novelty.
Challenge yourself by getting out of your comfort zone and accomplish great things.
Learn or do something new.
Create something.

Endorphins give you the feeling of “high”. It may help you overcome addictions as you can get the feeling without using any drug. I will give you only the natural and healthy ways to boost your endorphins.
Endorphins are released during exercise, pain, stress, sex, eating or drinking. They are natural painkillers and stress reliever (93, 94). Impressive, huh?
