The 3 surgeries I'm interested in - infocels GTFIH

Already done with LL and a few other minor surgeries but I'm thinking about another 3. I only know basic shit about them so would appreciate some future Chads telling me a bit more about each;

1 - voicemaxxing - read about some turk being able to give you a deeper voice for a few K. don't see it discussed anywhere, there's probably a reason behind that?

2 - I've always wanted hunter eyes. Alpha male eyes. My current pair isn't exactly beta cuck level but I need to tryhard all the time to keep a tough look. what can be done here and for what cost (money + recovery time)

3 - wider shoulders - heard that's a possibility. again, main questions are how much does it cost and what's the recovery period? I lost too much time suffering with LL and I wonder if this one would be similar agony.

Also willing to hear about the risks for each of those. Something that I'm interested in but I think isn't doable is increasing hand/finger size. Really want a palm like Tate's. From what I know it'd be impossible to increase that though , hoping I can be proven wrong.

Voice surgery: most of the results I see are rather mid, their voices might be a bit deeper but it often sounds very weird and croaky. The results are almost comparable to transmen, their voices do become deeper after injecting testosterone but the results are often still distinct from someone who was biologically born male. The voice surgery results are still very distinct from someone who naturally has a deeper voice. Maybe they sound better after a longer recovery period? Nothing I'm finding though

Hunter eye surgery: most surgeries relating to this are cope and will leave you looking uncanny. The only decent results I've seen to a more natural looking eye improvement are basic blepharoplasty, malar implants (infra orbital implants are good in theory but too many of them look like they're perma squinting JFL), or that one guy on this forum who injected their eye area with botox to lower their brows

Shoulder widening surgery: how old are you? There are frame maxxing guides on here that can allow you to increase your frame naturally if you're under the age of 25

So to sum it up; there's nothing for handsize/fingers. Eyes and voicemaxxing are low success rate and frame is possible but only in America and it's too hard to get a visa for people from my country.

I did 10cm on the femurs for over $70k in total, rather not reveal the doctor I went to but it wasn't one of the curries. I don't recommend it, you'd wanna die everyday for months and months, it's worth it at the end but while lengthening.... I was questioning whether or not it was better to stay a manlet

10cm femurs is quite a lot how’s your functionality now? Also $70k is on the cheaper end when you say it wasn’t a curry doctor I assume you mean you didn’t do it in turkey as well right?
