Not sure if a post like this has been made before, but here goes...
Much like how there's a 80/20 rule in the world of heterosexual dating, there is also an 80/20 rule when it comes to looksmaxxing. 80 percent of your looksmaxx will come from losing weight, eating well, sleeping more, taking cold showers and watching movies with female protagonists, and everything of that sort of calibre. If you are severely deficient in one part of your body or face (say the jaw or height), then surgeries to fix that or any solutions to that end would also help. It could also be argued that earning more money and actively trying to increase your status would help too.
A large amount of people will become decently attractive from doing this, and will have learnt their lessons not be to be a lazy fat fuck. This would also be the moment where they stop trying to become more attractive and will go on with the rest of their lives, staying at a constant plateau.
What about the other 20 percent? These include more advanced techniques in order to present as being more attractive, such as electing to do more riskier surgeries (orbital decompression comes to mind), drinking special concoctions, essential oils, hard mewing, praying to Lucifer, adrenochrome, and so on. Remember, Lachowski doesn't sleep hard mode with no pillow, like you are.
If you're not decently attractive after doing all these normal things, will you really be attractive if you have that extra surgery? 99% of people are not chads, and fall somewhere on a bell curve with respect to attractiveness, do you really think it's possible to metaphorically be standing on the asymptote of beauty?
This post is literally common sense, but there are people I know online and offline that have given up or chosen to do procedures without even becoming lean, and I also know of some people who are still addicted to surgery when they are still PSL 3. Point is, lose weight and do normie shit before attempting all of this
