I experienced similar, by day 32 i had no acne and have had no pimples since, I had no purge either, i take 10mg antihistamine, 4k iu vitamin d, 2400mg of omega d3

Unless this guy is like 35kg, 20mg wouldn't be doing shit this quickly. Yes, his acne would be slowly improving, and yes, his skin would start to dry up; but actual noticable sebaceous gland shrinkage takes way longer on 20mg.

im on 20mg and im 75kg, i had basically nothing but just hopped on to be able to eat shit whenever i want without being scared of waking up with a new pimple the next day
