I, 17M have been working out consistently for the most part for about 2 years now. Besides ever summer I have no access to no gym. I notice my bench press has relatively stayed the same when I first started I could barely do 15lbs on each side… on a smith… now I’m able to do 25 lbs on each side on incline bench press not bad in my opinion but it’s still not good. I’m not near that 135 bench. You make be asking why I’m providing you with this much info. I’ll get to that in a second

THE REAL QUESTIONS
I want to know what can I do to maximize my testosterone levels. I’m talking TEST MAXXING, DHT MAXXING ever single thing. And I don’t need no bs “hop on peptides! Hop on sarms and cope mk677!” I need acc (PREFERABLY) good methods. I get the whole

Yeah yea yeah I do it all but still my levels are 562 ng/dl and that was with a vitamin D3 deficiency now I’ve been supplementing that it’s more like 600 idk. But point is how can I boost my shot? It’s not js gym maxing but also LOOKSMAXXING. Obv I want more bone growth, my left side is rounder then my right side which is weird idk
