The problem with taking ai is that it nukes your spinal development and bone density since estrogen is crucial for bone development. Especially in early development this is extremely bad. Having brittle bones and potentially causing skulliosis if used for prolonged periods
and there are a heap of other potential side effects like osteocronosis and bad muscle development. Is it really worth being a brittle twig for a few cm of height?
And no its not rare prolonged use led to 71% of people to experience bone loss. And by prolonged i only mean one year. If you are doing it throughout puberty you will nuke yourself
Also due to the bone loss you could also even become shorter over time
Theses effects only happen typically after prolonged use of ais but prolonged use is necessary for it to even be effective. Jfl if you are taking ai at 16-18
Samenwith hgh jfl if you are taking it after puberty began
Also hgh therapy only increases height by 4-6 cm (when administered to children) so jfl if you are using it post puberty
It also has other potential side effects that i wont really mention since nobody cares but the most common one is obviously facial deformity if access. If your face is made to be compact it might help but if you already have sort of a long face you will deform yourself
