The Anti Acne Pill: A Guide on Isotretinoin

Isotretinoin structure

bonjour looksmaxxers !
today i wanted to talk about isotretinoin and how effective this drug is for treating acne.
I see multiple acne meltdowns on this forum everyday and i cant take these niggers serious.

Acnecels are absolute volcels.

Why the fuck do you cry about your acne all day if it can be fixed with 1 fucking pill.
(well actually 2 if you want to take a oral DHT blocker too)

Do you want to wait and wait and wait until your acne goes away ?
Do you not want pentamogger skin levels with ZERO acne ?
Then why are you not taking isotretinoin ?
You could easily fix your acne with 1 fucking pill and 4-6 months of time, but you rather decide to rot in offtopic and talk with indians all day

whatever nigger,
have fun with the thread!

How does isotretinoin work ?

Isotretinoin is the only motherfucking theray that impacts on all of the major aetiological factors implicated in acne.

Isotretinoin dramatically decreases sebum (oil) production by shrinking sebaceuos glands,
Reducing their size and output by up to 90% withing only motherfucking 6 weeks!

You fucking nigger cunt did you heard this,
only in 6 weeks.

If you take isotretinoin, you will be free of acne by the end of 4-6 months of treatment depending on your dose.
If you eat a low dose isotretinoin it will take (obviously) longer. If you eat a higher cycle, your cycle will be finished faster.

Isotretinoin normalizes skin cell shedding, preventing the formation of comedones (these fucking blackheads and whiteheads
by reducing hyperkeratinization

Isotretinoin has an anti-inflammatory effect,
thats why your ass probably heard that it makes your nose smaller.

Common Side Effects are:
- Dry skin and especially lips
- Dry eyes and nose
- Skin irritation and itching
- Increased sensitivity to sunlight
- Thinning Hair (yes i know brutal, but its not that bad and your hair will regrow 110% after your cycle)
- Nosebleeds
- Headaches (mild)

Is a low dose Isotretinoin cycle effective ?

Yes
It can be really effective
but only if you have mild to moderate acne.

Higher doses = higher risk of experiencing side affects

Higher doses of isotretinoin can lead to more side effects.
So its probably not worth to do a high dose cycle if you only have really mild to moderate acne

On a low dose isotretinoin cycle, you will probably only have dry skin and dry lips.
Both can be fixed by hydrating the skin and lips.

I also found a study which talked about a low dose isotretinoin cycle.

Link to the study:
(Archive of the study in case the link doesnt work anymore)

The study showed that efficacy and relapse rate of low dose isotretinoin when it comes to
mild and moderate grades of acne is comparable with the standard dose!

In this study they picked out 50 currycels who had mild to moderate acne, both male and female.
They treated the acne with a 20mg isotretinoin dose.
90% of the currycels niggers had good results after 6 months of a low dose isotretinoin cycle.
Perfect!

This means, you can take a low dose of isotretinoin and can get the same result like the high dose cycle.
You will experience less side effects, will spend less money, and you will get the same results of a high dose cycle !!!

Really cool tbh :feelsautistic:

So if you have mild to moderate acne, go and take isotretinoin !
It will probably help you to fix your acne, and you will only get dry lips and dry skin as a side effect.

Obviously, the low dose cycle will take longer.
Probably 5-6 Months to see results, but trust me its worth it.

Take 20mg for 6 months and you will have pentamog skin in 5-6 months
if you only have mild to moderate acne.

A 40mg cycle is a high dose cycle.
It usually gets used when people have have really severe cases of acne.

How can i maintain my isotretinoin results ?

Its really important to maintain your isotretinoin results.
You maybe heard that your acne can come back after you finished isotretinoin.
Its pretty easy to maintain isotretinoin results, you need to either use a topical retinoid or a DHT blocker or both!
Obviously DHT blocker should only be used Post-Puberty.

After you finished your isotretinoin cycle.
Start using a topical retinoid by your choice, in my case it would be taz or tret.
Both are really really good for maintaining your results.
Oral DHT blocker will also help you to keep your results.

Dont come to the stupid idea to use a topical retinoid while you are taking isotretinoin.
Its useless.

How should my Skincare look like on isotretinoin ?

Isotretinoin reduces oil production, which leads to dry and sensitive skin.
Your skincare should be focused on hydration and protection.
Dont use 1000 skincare products, its just going to irretate your skin even more.
Your skin is already irretated. We dont want to irretate it even further.
So keep it simple!

Its extremely important to wear a sunscreen while taking isotretinoin.
Your skin is really sensitive towards the sun in that time. Your skin becomes more susceptible to sunburn and sundamage.
I personally always wear the sunscreen from SkinAqua:

Make sure that its this one, it needs to be SPF50+ PA++++ protected,
the PA++++ part is extremely important.
I personally buy it from amazon.

Besides that make sure that you moisturize your skin and especially lips regularly.
Your lips will (as already mentioned above) be dry as shit.
This is a really common side effect on isotretinoin.

Does isotretinoin have a affect on my growth plates ?

This is probably the most frequently asked question when it comes to isotretinoin on this forum.
So its a bit complicated.

Isotretinoin can potentially affect growth plates during puberty,
but the risks appear to be really really really low on a standard dose.

So i found a little study on this.
Its not a big, accurate study but atleast something.

''Among 216 patients, high-risk neuroblastoma was diagnosed before age of five years (n = 165), between ages of 5 and 10 years (n = 41), and after 10 years of age (n = 13). Three out of 216 patients developed premature epiphyseal growth arrest after isotretinoin exposure (overall incidence = 1.38%). The incidence of bony abnormalities was significantly higher in patients diagnosed in 5- to 10-year age group than in other two groups (P = 0.014).''

So, nigger. Only 3 out of motherfucking 216 patients developed premature growth arrest after taking isotretinoin.
These 216 JB'cels in that study had high risk neuroblastoma, isotretinoin often gets used with patients who are diagnosed with high risk neuroblastoma.

So, personally i would say go for it.
If you are above 16 you should be good.
The risks are really really low. And nothing should happen.

(Archive of the study in case its not available anymore)

Here i found another study,

''Contrary to previous reports, isotretinoin use among pediatric patients was not associated with shorter height by adult age in a new study. In fact, investigators observed that patients who took the common acne vulgaris drug at an early are were on average taller than the observed population at adulthood.''

(Archive of the study in case its not available anymore)

TL;DR

The risks are really really low that your growth plates will close on isotretinoin.

Where can i source isotretinoin ?

Your local dermatologist, indiamart, steroid shops etcetcetc.
Its so easy to get istretinoin.
I went to my derma and i asked for tret and isotretinoin and that nigger gave it out to me instantly :feelshaha:

Search for a blackpilled derma or just buy it from indiamart.
Watch out for scammers and other currycels who want to scam you for your money.
These greedy niggers would even scam you over 10 fucking rupees.

Summary of reasons?
I never used isotretinoin but topical tretinoin in of itself nuked my fat pads along with causing skin texturing, etc. I now use bakuchiol for my skin and have been able to fix some fat pad loss via volufiline. I never had acne problems, just purely went on it for skin.

Why are people so obsessed with expensive ass Korean sunscreen?
Regular sunscreen can protect against UVA too, that’s why they are labeled “broad spectrum”
I just ordered some super cheap coppertone sunscreen with like 25% zinc oxide
Surely that is enough

I can’t even find the ingredient list for the sunscreen you recommended, how do I know it’s effective?

btw good thread i agree im on day 65 i see great results

mild and moderate grades of acne is comparable with the standard dose!

Shit thread/guide. Tretinoin is known to stunt growth in puberty and causes iatrogenic reactions in the brain and gene expression hurting fertility. Acne is the result of inflammation in your body. Inflammation is the result of what you put in your body. It’s literally giving you a signal to change something. fixing the symptoms is retarted just act accordingly and do what your body tells you.

Tretinoin is known to stunt growth in puberty and causes iatrogenic reactions in the brain and gene expression hurting fertility
I never talked about tretinoin in my guide, the thread is about isotretinoin.
You cant read.
Acne is the result of inflammation in your body.
And isotretinoin has anti-inflammatory effects.
And no, acne is not always the result of inflammation.
Inflammation is the result of what you put in your body.
Not true, inflammation can be influenced by genetics.
It’s literally giving you a signal to change something. fixing the symptoms is retarted just act accordingly and do what your body tells you.
There are multiple reports that people in ancient egypt. the roman empire etcetc had acne.
Acne is not always caused by your diet.
You are a greycel who confuses tretinoin with isotretinoin, what a fucking joke you are.

I backed up everything with studys and linked them.

You said that my guide is shit, because acne is caused by inflammation ?
You havent quoted on sentence in my thread and refuted it.

Tretinoin doesnt stunt growth and accutane doesnt 100% stunt growth either.

Your statement can easily be refuted:

The Anti Acne Pill: A Guide on Isotretinoin

View attachment 3421401

bonjour looksmaxxers !
today i wanted to talk about isotretinoin and how effective this drug is for treating acne.

I never used isotretinoin but topical tretinoin in of itself nuked my fat pads along with causing skin texturing, etc. I now use bakuchiol for my skin and have been able to fix some fat pad loss via volufiline. I never had acne problems, just purely went on it for skin.
