Step 2: use all sorts of pseudo science to "back up your claims"

Step 3 : make it aslong as possible and do not add a tldr , remember 5000+ words minimum

Step 4 : do not list any side effects , be sure to post about untested/dangerous substances backed up by more pseudoscience eg dnp (used to make bombs btw)

Crazy how we've gone backwards in looksmaxxing knowledge instead of forwards but it also makes sense with the progressive tiktokfication and third worldification of manosphere communities.
