Brutal tbh
I don't know if it's even all real or partly psychological, cos I convinced myself I might have scoliosis, but that shouldn't cause back pain at this age

Or maybe it's that I'm trying to adjust my posture so my hips look more symmetrical, and this causes strain. But I already had back pain before I did this

Anyway, it's over. Chronic pain and possibly shrinking if I do have scoliosis. If not, idk what's causing this. NHS is useless for non emergencies so it's taking ages for my referral

Ramble over

Same I think I've been rotting too much but it's absolutely systemic my arms knees shoulders elbows all pop like hell and feel unsecure. Prone to dislocation it feels

Doctor tells me I need more carbs I actually don't know to believe him or not :lul:

I think I might be diabetic and extemely sensitive to sugar if it's not completely natural or some shit. I'm half indian too

Back feels like a lot from rotting tho

I have lower back pain, but also this area in my left mid back which has been clicking/cracking whenever I straighten my back for the last few months, but it's gotten more painful recently. And the area feels like a sharp pain/muscle knot half the time even when not cracked

I'm really hoping it's not permanent cos it will probably get worse and back pain sucks
I started doing pull ups and core work occasionally tho

Sounds exactly the same as me

It's as if it's strained from the moment I wake up, after a day off with no gym.

It's my whole lower back for me tjo

And knees are really really bad, and the first to go.

Sounds as though our common denominator is rotting.

Truthfully I do rot all the fuckjng time. I can see it being on me + underlying condition that made it worse or sum
