The Barrier for entry on IG seems to keep growing each year

So I've recently came across this strange feature where Im not even able to follow certain female accounts anymore without
them having to verify my request even tho their page is Public.Then there's this other new feature where you can Subscribe
to their IG profile instead of actually following them (for whatever reason) no idea what this is about either.

Regardless it seems like Instagram is creating an even greater Social Hierarchical gap between people where you aren't even
able to interact with public pages anymore without their consent its just insane to me.

That's a thing that happens to accounts suspected to be bots i think, you have to not use ig for like 2 weeks and it should go away on its own. Or make a new account
