Being healthy. That's it. You can start working towards looking your best, if you are a healthy guy.

Forget about roids, surgeries, etc, until you're a perfectly healthy.

Being bad looking is acceptable, but being unhealthy looking is unacceptable. Can not happen if you're trying to progress in life.

Things you need to fix as soon as possible, these are the bare minimums:

Sleep
Diet
Healthy skin, acne-free and good color
Well-kept, healthy hair
Low bf% with a decent amount of muscle mass
Exercising regularly
Being out on the sun
Good hygiene (oral health, nails, showers, deodorant etc)
Good mental state, having human company

If you have any of these symptoms, then something is lacking and you have work to do:

Being fat
Being too skinny
Dandruff/frizzy hair
Acne/discoloration/being too pale
Low libido, not getting hard regularly
Bad breath, yellow teeth
Being stinky
Feeling unwell, low on energy
Anxiety, depression
Bloated
Red sclera
Thin eyebrows/bad eyelashes
Chapped lips
Not feeling that you want to beat up somebody

I wish this was already water but if everyone already did this here then there wouldn't be this much rotters

Start with fixing your sleep, diet, and exercise

Wish this was water. So many zoomer think they need some crazy shit done to be good looking, while eating fast food and having insuifficent sleep
