Macronutrients these are substances that are needed in large quantities in which main part are proteins fats and carbohydrates.

4.1 Proteins fats and carbohydrates

Carbohydrates is main source from where do we gain energy for body

Fats is a place where carbohydrates stored

To be lean u need to have low bf -> u need to take as little as possible carbohydrates

The main part the protein the substance necessary for tissue growth , bone mass, hormones

Soo your favourite HGH and Testosterone also depends on the amount of protein
