This is true for jaws yes.

I couldn’t find anything on if you can lengthen jaw with fillers tho

The thing is it’s so expensive and you have to maintain it.. it’s only a true option if you have a big income for the rest of your life or if you’re low inhib enough to do it yourself (don’t do it)

However, I think there are medium-long term concerns about filler migrations and damage to skin elasticity.

Fillers in the midface and above can migrate and still don't look as good as implants you can tell they give bloated uncanny look at least to some degree.
Chin and jaw fillers look good most of the times to me but bone resorption should be a concern if you decide to do them for the rest of your life similar to a silicone implant since they are not fixated to your bone the keep moving and causing friction with your bone unlike peek implants that are well screwed.
