About half a year ago, my mother got prescribed this cream for her acne that would not disappear no matter how many creams, moisturisers and other solutions that she tried. it got to a point where she made an appointment with our local doctors they gave her this prescription cream called “Duac” it is a cream combined of clindamycin & benzoyl peroxide she used it for about 2 weeks and all of the spots and blemishes on her face disappeared. I then used it and the exact same happened for me except I had very few spots on my face but they disappeared completely within 3 days and I have not seen a spot on my face since.
Duac does leave a dry look on your skin but it completely deletes all acne on your face after using Duac, I’d recommend face moisturising cream to get rid of that dry look.

If you manage to get your hands on some of this do wash your hands after use because it has a bleach like effect and if you get it on your clothes you are fucked.
I can not source any Duac online but best solution I can recommend would be lying to the doctors saying that nothing works for your skin and you tried some of your friends “Duac” cream and it helped a lot.
