Quick Guide on Alternate Day Fasting for fat loss since I haven’t seen too much about it on the forum.
If you’re a fat ass, or someone who likes to eat large meals, instead of tiny meals spaced throughout the day, Alternate Day Fasting (ADF) is the best method.
Why get lean quickly instead of slowly?
You want to get leanmaxing over and done with ASAP, even if you are young, so you can get back into an anabolic state again faster, without being fat. Being in a prolonged deficit will stunt your growth, in comparison to doing it quickly, and you get results much slower. So, leanmax as fast as possible so you can start eating in slight surplus (is growing is your concern)

According to this study Alternate Day Fasting is superior to daily calorie restriction. With Daily Caloric Restriction people lost on average 75% fat mass and 25% muscle mass, however for Alternate Day Fasting it was 90% fat, 10% muscle.

How To Do Alternate Day Fasting.
Eat at your maintenance calories, or there about, one day, then fast the next day and repeat. Simple as.
So, say your maintenance is 2000 calories;
Day 1: Eat 2000 calories
Day 2: Eat nothing
Day 3: Eat 2000 calories
Day 4: Eat nothing
alternatively, if you were gonna cut on say 1200 calories a day, repeat the above process but instead of eating 2000 calories on the eating day, eat 2400 calories.

What to do once your done leanmaxing
Once you’ve reached your fat loss goal, start eating one meal a day, and eventually transition back to eating at maintenance.
What should I eat on eating days
This method will still work if you just eat shit and goyslop as long as you don’t go over calories, but obviously not recommended. CICO isn’t the whole picture. Someone who eats 2000 calories of sugar on their eating day will not have the same body composition as someone who eats 2000 calories of high protein and fats. So i’d recommend sticking to meats, eggs etc on your eating days due to high animal fat content, high protein and high nutrient density.
This is the fastest method to drop body fat, you will get the benefits of intermittent fasting, and you get to look forward to larger meals.
