Take a look at your blood results with a doctor and take supplements for what you lack, all prescribed by a doctor. You will be amazed how different you feel after few months of supplement and diet change along with your skin, eyes and hair being much healthier and shiny. One of the most important factors for me was my gym progress was speeding up and i am now more durable in my training.
PS. If you notice a breakout in a first week of taking supplements, it's your organism adapting to it and it's completely normal.
