As a vertically challenged manlet of 177cm morning height, and 175 evening, I wear typically these not only because I have flat feet. Most shoe lifts are idiotic, and most of them are WAYY too big so its unusable, you have to be in arched heels.

Yeah you are not gonna get to be 6'2" from 5'6" by changing your shoes, but I notice a pretty decent difference when I wear them. I go from short-ish to comfortably average. mid 5'9 to a strongish 5'10 is like 20-25th percentiles of height fyi. They are actually completely usable for long walks as well.
These are the best ones that give a legitimate 3.1 cm as well, more than the advertised 2.54cm which is an inch. Also they are not so big that you have to size up half a size. any comfortable shoe that isn't a van/converse low top will easily fit.
Anything less than 2cm is a waste of your time and anything more than 3cm is completely unpratical.
