If your surgeon has never published any paper regarding his field of expertise then what the hell is he doing ? Posting pics of his holidays with his dolled-up wife ?

I'm getting 2 surgeries next-year with reputed surgeon that nobody knows about on the internet or sites like realself. They have published many papers, have more than 20 years of experience and are only specialized in one field : they're not jacks of all trades and master of none, making a bimax in a morning then a rhino in the afternoon.

Stop falling for these scammers, they are aware of the blackpill and they are upping their prices consequently.

What I did is that I search for key word like "maxillofacial surgeon" or "ocuplastic surgeon" on google.

Usually there aren't that many of them and if they're reputed they would have published a series of videos/articles/studies or took part in conferences.

They're usually pretty old but it's not about the facade : I'd rather get a surgery from a boomer with years of experience than from a young surgeon driven by easy money and insta fame.

Most plastic surgeons are jacks of all trades hence the high number of revisions and botched results.
