What is the best improvement I could make?Hair transplant would be an obvious choice,but I do not have a good donor area,so I rule that out.
I was thinking that maybe a chin and jaw implant,even some browbone implant(to give it more definition around the eye) would be a good choice,although this is just dreaming cause I went to university again and I am a poor student right now What about Bellafill?Could I use it for the browbone and jaw enhancement ?
What are the drawbacks if you use such a permanent filler?Does it get a reddish color where it is injected causeI have seen some people who seem to have work done.

So yea you need jaw implants. Your chin is not bad, but if you are getting jaw implants it is SOP to also get chin implant.

I would add oral and topical minoxidil as well. These two are the strongest combination one can take as growth stimulants.

Now, first of all, ignore that guy who said you have bad base - you don't your base is below average or we can't say now due to bloat and balding.

Second, your priority must be to gain hair. Hair in West can easily raise you by 2 PSL or throw you down.

I would recommend this regimen -
1. Dutasteride. (This is not the time you play with finasteride. Finasteride is a toy. It's sides are exaggerated by soys.)

2. Spironolactone 100mg or Cyproterone Acetate 12.5mg everyday. And no please, these won't turn into a woman, not at these dosages and without Estrogen. You goal should be to drop these after you gain hair.

3. Oral and topical minoxidil. Listen buddy only topical won't be sufficient. I would go for 10% minoxidil topical and 5 mg oral minoxidil twice a day.

Third, you initial surgeries must be jaw implants and Rhinoplasty, not eye surgeries. Eye surgeries are expensive and won't add any PSL point to you without the above mentioned two surgeries.

Last, don't get discouraged by what other guys have written. Most people chill here.
