I feel like I can lose 16 kilos in 1 month. Inject growth hormone in the morning, swim for 1 hour under the sun in the morning and fast for 10 hours with only chicken and supplements.

After dropping from 66 to 50 kilos, I will consume 3.5(1k kcal from sugar)k calories per day and increase my growth hormone dose to 8 units per day

What do you think of my plan?

eat 50kg of protein everyday, drink 5l of milk everyday, test, anabolics, mk-677 and train martial arts where you get free bone smashing 5x per week
