It's heavy neck curls (forward) do it and you'll feel the stress it places on your facial muscles. This stress moves on your cheekbones/jaw. Do heavy neck curls (forward) everyday placing emphasis on the end part (pushing your chin down to your neck) and you're facial bones will change from the constant stress everyday.
My face legit changed so much from this especially my jaw.
