Blast would be 100-125mg Test Prop to replace my levels and get the main IGF-1 benefits and the minimum Estrogen conversion for health, then use Deca/ NPP up to 600mg weekly.

Then cruise on 180-200mg Test Prop to have slightly higher levels than normal and recover.

Repeat the Blast 3 to 4 more times.

Then cruise again forever, or come off and be natty.

I’m natty, but this is the best way to do this ^ and what I’d do if I ever hopped on.
