the best way to white my teeth

i have enough money and i can do it professionally, but the question is what method of whitening should i use? there are a lot of them. zoom 4/whitesmile/etc

Don’t buy strips, do DIY whitening treatment. Strips barely move the needle in any way, go hard or don’t go at all

i cant find 45% HP

the max i can find is 45% CP thats the issue
