Pleasure to Chad, and pain to incel, but pleasure and pain simply are. They are neither good nor bad, life is a oneness, there is no room for dualities here. Suffering due to pain is a waste of energy resources and induces the release of cortisol in the body.

You are not better than anyone, nor worse than anyone. Worse and better are mental constructs that arise from the utility that can be obtained from something on the basis of pain and pleasure. In short, it is all self-centeredness, and this is neither good nor bad.
