If you think the cost of succes is high just wait until you get hit with the bill of regret. Regret before used to be wrapped in the I never started or I never tried but now in 2025 you can do whatever you want in just minutes. Day trading, starting social media, selling T-shirts whatever it is you can do it just like that so the whole regret piece that was tied to trying and starting is gone. The regret is now about not sticking in for long enough. I see so many people starting new things only to end it too soon. They just couldn't stick around long enough to know they had it in them or not. They don't fail because they didn't have it in them-they fail because they never gave themselves the chance to find out. The regret now isn't "I never tried," it's "I didn't stay long enough to see where I could've gone.
