Personality does matter and social skills and capability does also I will never disagree on that.
but the truth of the matter is that there is always someone out there with the exact same personality or interests as you but he's better looking, taller bigger dick and has more money and more status etc. there's always a bigger shark.
He'll there are people out there with even all that and a even better personality.
This whole thing about personality stems from peoples specifically western mens need to be unique and a individual and dont realize that you are easily replaceable at any time any place there are a dime a dozen other people like you out there but people are so wrapped up in their own identity they will never realize this.
People are not unique and to many people for some reason or another think everyones unique and special when that's not the case.
Interact with enough people you'll realize this eventually if you use critical thinking and see the patterns.
The thing about it not being your girl but your turn is extremely true. If you ever come across another person like what I'm describing you'll realize just watch how a girl will try to monkey branch to him.
