Good post, its not something that people seem to talk about here. Fillers/implants should be seen as a last resort. Some people here have their ascesion plan with them wanting lots of implants in every aera of your face. Its fairly easy to tell when somebody looks plastic and its not a good look.

imo it's really the way her cheeks and lower third had their harmony destroyed is what makes her look fake. Especially her cheeks, if you get implants/fillers you should be clear with how you don't want them to look like balloons, like what happened here. I think that's the biggest part in looking fake, overly enlarged, round parts of the face.
