My social anxiety arose from always subconsciously thinking about who was looking at me, when, and thinking if I looked "proper" or a certain way in public to people I thought mattered. And then I realized that this was bluepilled thinking, and it's not WHAT you do (or your behaviors) that attract women or matter to random people, is HOW you look. Once I realized that anything edgy Chad does is trendy and funny, and anything a trucel does is embarassing and cringe, then I stopped caring in public. Looksmaxxing truly is the real way to fix how you are perceived, not how you act.
How you act does have a minor effect (such as body language and posture) but you would be insane to think that's the first thing people notice. People notice height, frame, and face first in public, usually in that order. Nobody gives a shit how you walk, or where you are going. Socialanxietycels rise up.
