TLDR-More to life than the Blackpill
Purgatory-a place or state of suffering inhabited by the souls of sinners who are expiating their sins before going to heaven.
When we learn the Blackpill we feel suffering for many different reasons. Many feel so much pain that they can't look past it and realise that there is more than the blackpill. They end up suffering and rotting on places like these forever, many don't even attempt to looksmaxx to better their situation.
Inherently the blackpill is good it is a place of reflection to see life for what it truly is. Not to endlessly lament on the sorrows of life. But many don't see this they cry about their situation going in a never-ending cycle, similarly to sinners in Purgatory.
Those that do attain the Whitepill.The Whitepill is a worldview based on the maximization of happiness of an individual, by acceptance of his situation. It is a stoic and ascetic extension of the blackpill. Put more concisely, the whitepill extends the blackpill by prescribing behaviour, not by just describing reality as the blackpill does.
