I think it’s because the blackpill leads to no real solution rn (maybe surgeries if you have the base).

I'm assuming U.S. and possible China will lead in robotics and Ai, neither of which are traditional.

A robot military will be very powerful, and virtually infinite with robots building robots. Small Trad societies may have some robots but not nearly as much do to their smaller economies.

So all I do now is:

Red Light - anti-aging for skin & Hair & Brain
Methylene blue - slows down oxidation aging and enhances energy and brain function
Niacin - increases NAD, which increases DNA repair, and cellular energy for repair
Water Fasting - 5 days a month. Increases Stem Cells which regrows tissue, bones, skin, organs, everything to be partially young again. Also increases autophagy which clears out old cells, making the body partially younger. I take berberine for 1 week before my fast, and eat only meat for one week before my fast. Eating only meat get's the body in fat burning mode so that my body has more energy quicker for repair and anti-aging during my fast. The berberine starts up the process of autophagy before the fast, and other anti-aging processes to get more out of the fast. I actually continue to take berberine and methylene blue during the fast to further enhance the anti-aging related cellular processes.

Other things I would do if I had more money:

Gene therapy - you'll have to research this when you have money. From what I remember it costs like 50-100 thousand usd. It will be improving, and getting better. If you follow "Brian Johnson" you can see what he does, and find the video where he does Gene therapy and stem cell therapy to see where to get it don.

Most of what Brian Johnson does is cope, but it's still worth looking into some of the things.

I think he just likes doing everything possible because he has so much money.

But, he started something called "The Longevity Olypics", and the winners are those who have the slowest speed of aging. It's worth looking into what the winners are doing and taking, because they have achieved elite anti-aging speeds, like only aging half a year for every year.

I don't know everything, but may look more into things in my future.
