2 - Eat the right amount of calories and maintain a body fat percentage that is between 10 and 20%.
3 - Make sure to get all your vitamins and minerals (mostly through food), and use vitamin D supplements if you have a deficiency.
4 - Lift weights regularly at least 3 times per week
5 - Talk to women
6 - Have sex with women

yea I was going to try Tongkat Ali but am nervous about mercury poisoning, Ashwagandha is good though

No more than 3 days in a row, as testicles have bioavailable testosterone in them and i wouldn't risk supression.

Thanks man I'll check that out.

Yeah I got into them through Frank tufano but he changes his mind in every vid lol. Think he said he stopped taking them in a recent vid because they stress the liver or something.

He does seem to have improved his testosterone though, if you watch vids of him from a couple of years ago he seems less developed and has a higher pitched voice. So I'm guessing maybe the testicles had an effect on him

Also the point of clomid is to make the body produce more LH.

Once you introduce HCG, clomid will be useless, because all the LH that would be produced by clomid is replaced by HCG. Meaning you might aswell just skip clomid entirely at that point.
