I initially joined this forum with hopes that I would find something "magical" that would ascend me.
It was also very thrilling to come across all these amazing new methods to ascend, but I did not even notice when a limiting belief had been instilled in me, maybe because of the tiktokcel retards calling everything cope.
I have come across a lot of gatekept methods, which have worked for me. Some methods that are being talked about on here on a day to day basis do work but they are missing a component which would make them worth doing. and others are so gatekept that you cant even find them even after using the search function.

There are methods that I've discovered on here for height (not the microfracture bs), maxilla ccwr/growth (not thumbpulling), entire skull growth, growing wrists and many more.
