I'll name some of the both funniest fear-mongering attempts, and some of the just outright bullshit ones that are insane.
"Raw foods have bacteria and parasites, don't eat it"
My guy, bacteria exists everywhere. You're made out of bacteria and parasites.
You do realize that it wouldn't make sense for parasites to kill you right? Spreading seed is the number one goal of every living organism. Parasites are living organisms too. If parasites just killed you, then they would die too..? That would be suicide for them. Then they wouldn't be able to spread their seed.
Again, parasites do not hurt the healthy cells, they eat the dead cells only. Your body literally works together with the parasites, your body can incubate parasites from your own tissue when you get an injury, like a cut in your leg or something, because there would be dead cells in the wound on your leg after that injury, right?
Well the body incubates parasites literally from your own tissue so the parasites can eat those dead cells and cleanse them.
Again, the germ theory is fake and bullshit. I literally leave raw milk and eggs outside unrefrigerated for days on end then drink it and I'm fine. I'm currently making high meat from raw liver.
