Everybody talks about debloating by upping potassium, usually a 3:1 or 4:1 potassium to sodium ratio. Most people will say to have things like bananas, sweet potatoes, or coconut water since they are high in potassium.
But the sleeper that no one talks about is NoSalt.
NoSalt is a sodium free salt alternative that tastes pretty similar, and it is made of 99% potassium chloride.
1 teaspoon of NoSalt is roughly 2600 mg of potassium. Which is the same as 6 bananas or more than a liter of coconut water.
A $6 bottle of NoSalt gives you over 1.6 million mg of potassium. Heres the math compared to the other popular potassium sources.
Bananas = $0.60 per gram
Coconut water = $1.67 per gram
NoSalt = $0.0037 per gram
All I do it sprinkle like 1/4 tsp of NoSalt into lemonade and chug that shit and repeat maybe 3 times. It tastes pretty bad but you can try and put it on food like normal.
I would suggest not going over a teaspoon or day unless ur hydrating like crazy and peeing a lot cause it could fuck up ur heart.
Be safe and lmk if I'm wrong about anything.
