Most other methods are cope and since in the UK the teeth whitening products cant contain hydrogen peroxide then its all cope.
The cheapest way to whiten teeth is to mix 1 tbsp baking powder (sodium bicarbonate) with 1 tbsp hydrogen peroxide (can buy online or find in your mums cleaning cupboard). Mix to a paste. Dip toothbrush in (doesn't matter if its electric or not) and set timer for 2 minutes and brush your teeth. AVOID YOUR GUMS.
Do this once every 3 days for as long as it takes to get the white teeth you want then go back to normal teethbrushing and get back on the routine when your teeth lose their whiteness Watch the video if its not clear and stop coping.
