The chin with MSE expansion

This is an in-theory question, so don’t say that the mandible doesn’t expand with the maxilla etc etc. In theory, in kids a lot, when the mandible does makeup for the wide maxilla, how does it exactly grow with it? I don’t want to be left with a super narrow chin because my chin is already narrow enough. MSE does make cheeks more hollow because it widens and projects the cheekbones.
