Why does Confucianism stress social harmony
While western societies are more individual freedom
This oriental pearl YouTuber said in Japan she had to be careful not to "break the peace or harmony". She would randomly talk to people in Asian languages as a blonde American.
It got me wondering, is it a good thing to have for a society ? Or is it just backwards and causes stagnation.
