Alright, so first of all, this is going to be a long thread because it’s a pretty large topic to cover. I’ll try my best to explain everything, though.


First of All

The blackpill is 99% true when it comes to the top and bottom 0.1% of people—so, sub-5s and Chads (PSL 7.5+, etc.).

What does this mean?
This means that softmaxing and NT-maxxing (like being confident) can work, but ironically, you just have to know how. For example, the hotter you are, the more you can get away with. Like I said, the blackpill is pretty much 99% accurate for the top and bottom 0.1%. However, it’s less true for the mid-range, so all these "soft skills" and improvements do make a huge difference.

Believe it or not, I’ve seen this with my own eyes, and I’ve seen a lot. Everything but looks can boost your attractiveness by about 20–70%, depending on how attractive you are to start with.

  • A sub-5 might only see a 20% improvement.
  • But let’s say someone who’s high-tier normie (HTN) maxes everything—charisma, confidence, hairstyle, clothes (even frauding height), and whitening strips—the whole package. He WILL out-pull a Chadlite who doesn’t bother with these things.
Not only will he pull more, but he’ll also be more successful in life in general. People need to understand how much these things make a difference. Trust me, I’ve seen Chadlites and HTNs who are socially awkward pull less than mid-tier normies (MTNs) or even low-tier normies (LTNs) with the whole package.

Yes, some of those people were tall, but there truly is a match for almost everyone. I’ll get more in-depth on this later, but I can’t stress enough:
THESE THINGS MAKE A HUGE DIFFERENCE.

I’ll also provide advice on every aspect of how to improve your life.


Second: Hypergamy Doesn’t Work the Way People Think

While yes, there are women (and some areas where this is more common) who only want to date Chads, in most cases, a normal, high-quality woman—somewhat educated and not completely ran through—will date their looks match or one level above.

Once again, I’ve seen it enough times to know:

  • Good game and charisma can help you date someone more attractive than yourself.
  • Cold approaches may not work as much, but if you find someone in your direct area (someone you already talk to or can easily approach), you can succeed without immediately showing your intentions.
Women CAN fall in love over time, even if they don’t feel an initial spark. But, as always, everything matters. There’s a reason it’s called loox maxxing. Just trust me on this.

The only reason hypergamy exists is because it’s human nature to choose the best option for your offspring. It’s no different than men being horny—yet not raping every attractive girl they see. It’s just nature.


Relationships (In-Depth Tutorial)

I’ll split this into three categories: low-tier, mid-tier, and high-tier relationships.

1. Low Tier

This is the hardest category. Your best bet is learning manipulation. I’ve seen girls choose much uglier guys over better-looking ones because of this. Combine manipulation with other boosts, and you’ll improve your chances significantly.

  • Your best targets: broken or depressed girls who you can "fix."
  • Stay away from promiscuous women (they’re more likely to backfire on you).
Rule: Don’t fall in love with them until you’ve completely gained control of the situation.


2. Mid Tier

If most girls see you as average, manipulation won’t always be necessary. However, improving your "stats" (e.g., appearance, social skills, etc.) can help you start cold-approaching at places like clubs, festivals, or parties.

  • Learn to read body language and signals to gauge whether someone is interested in you.
  • Playing off rejected guys and making her laugh can sometimes work.

How Can You Improve?

    • Zinc, magnesium, vitamin D3, K2, calcium.
    • Heavy lifting (3x/week), cardio (5x/week), sprinting (3x/week).
    • Lean bulk for a year, then stay at 10–12% body fat.
  2. Appearance Maxxing:
    • Use height boosters and whitening strips.
    • Get a good hairstyle.
    • Train masseters by eating tougher foods like meats.
  3. Fashion Maxxing:
    • Develop a style that aligns with what you want to represent. Avoid extreme or "weird" looks.
  4. Social Skills:
    • Talk to more people (both men and women).
    • Learn social cues and how to connect with people (shared dislikes are an easy starting point).
    • Work somewhere social to increase interactions.
  5. Learn Manipulation:
    • This is underrated but can massively improve your life.


    • SMV (Sexual Market Value)

      People often forget how SMV works and fail to fully understand it.

      As I mentioned before, SMV mostly applies to the bottom and top 0.1%.

      Girls Have Types

      Even the most attractive man or woman might not be sexually appealing to everyone. People often underestimate how much individual preferences matter. The key is to play into the type of women you want to attract.


      Examples by Niche:

      1. Easy, Non-Serious Girls
        • Play into the "bad boy" archetype.
        • Yes, it sounds cliché, but it works: Dark Triad traits, darker clothing, a slightly edgy or mysterious vibe, and even darkened hair/eyebrows.
      2. Emo Fetish
        • Go for the "alt" aesthetic. This is arguably the best strategy for sub-5s and one of the easiest niches to game.
      3. Loving, Long-Term Wife Material
        • Focus on being a good, stable, and respectable man.
        • As I said earlier, a mid-tier normie (MTN) who is stable and reliable can beat a Chad in this category.
        • Even if there’s a small chance she cheats, (1) you’ll still be her husband, and (2) this scenario is much rarer with high-quality, loyal women.

    • Changing Your SMV

      You can transform your SMV dramatically—it’s insane how much potential improvement is possible. You just need to research and understand how to optimize for your specific niche.


      The Takeaway

      If you’re out there complaining, stop. You’re wasting time. If you work on yourself and commit for a year—maybe even just half a year—you can completely change your situation.

Heavy lifting, sprinting and cardio lowers testosterone. Increases cholesterol. It's a myth they increase testosterone, protein synthesis increases therefore making blood T look higher.

Zinc, magnesium, D3-K2, calcium supplements do not increase testosterone. Synthetic supplement vitamins are not absorbed by the body. Plus they are extracted with kerosene which is toxic to the body, also vegetable oils and wool, they aren't absorbable.

Lean bulking isn't a thing. If you're eating above maintenance, then that's bulk. There is no such thing lean bulk. Bodybuilders have been bulking and cutting for years and some retard comes and invents lean bulking apparently. Bullshit.

Maintaining %10 bf is unrealistic for most people. It's leaner than you think.

goatis fan while som parts are true ish the long term effect of short sprinting heavy lifting only one set 3-5 min rest will incease test

as far as supplements any1 who has a defeciensy deficiency in these will have a test boost up to more natural levels sprintings also boost hgh while the part ab lean bulking is kinda true its also more based around eating clean whole foods then just macros because 3k 180 g protein of chips and pizzas is worse for muscle building hormones then eggs steak kiwisi etc ab the lean part maby for some but my post was about how much potential there is for people which almost everyone undersastemates by a lot

I think this only applies to normies (4-6) PSL beyond this range BP is nearly
for 3.5/10 and 6.5/10 - 99% true
for 2.5/10 and 7.5 - 99.9% true

i mean increasing ur smv can be done by any1 and yea its mostly nt maxing also hormonal will make a difference esp people below 21 and soft maxxes will help anyone the point of the tread was showcasing that theres so much more able to be done than most people think looxmax isnt about maxing ur looks its about complaining and crying and denailing any form of improvment

I was excluding softmaxxing stuff because I thought its obvious that its helpful, and hormone maxxing is legit and I counted that as a part of looksmaxxing so I do agree with both of these.
 
I don't say this lightly but a sub-5 could achieve similar results with women compared to UNOPTIMIZED HTNs and MTNs.

REALLY softmaxxing, REALLY optimizing SMV, REALLY NT maxxing evolves you into another breed of man.

These terms have become buzzwords to you guys so you've forgotten how impactful the changes really are.

But again they require serious dedication and discipline and all that just for the sub-5s to compete with an unoptimized HTN and MTN.

Sub-5s see this as a curse and rot in forums, I see it as forcing them to better themselves.

A legit Chadlite will always outperform a HTN in attracting females unless he has real poor communication skills or shyness etc. It's not even close. Unless fat was hiding good bones or someone was ate up with acne or things like that (or frauds making themselves look worse in the before in before/after photos) you won't gain more than about a point in looks by hitting all the softmaxxing post puberty. If that point takes you from 5/10 to 6/10 it's a big deal though.
