Section 1 - Does Bonesmashing Even Work??
Short answer: Yes, repetitive mechanical stress or strikes to bones like the zygomatic bone or mandible can cause bone remodeling and growth, but it depends on the intensity, frequency, and nature of the impact.
Wolff’s Law:
- Bones adapt to the loads placed on them.
- Repeated low-impact stress (like chewing or resistance) stimulatates osteoblast activity which leads to bone growth.
Real world examples:
- Boxers/MMA fighters: Over years, some show prominent cheekbones or jawbones due to repeated impact and healing cycles.
- Muay Thai fighters: Known for bone densification in shins due to repeated kicks.
The people saying that it is not true and will cause brain damage are REPEATING what they hear on social media. That is all.
They have never tried it AND they have never collected testimonials from people that have tried.
Section 2 - How to utilize it
Im not interested with discussing proofs for the growth of bone in this thread because that is irrelevant.. what matters is that the area itself GROWS wether its a combination of inflammation and bone growth or just bone growth is NOT important.
you need to
1. find out your ratios
2. fix them
this is the essence of facial looksmaxxing outside of health indicators. Your facial attractiveness primally depends on your ratios and the only way to fix these OUTSIDE of pubertal growth is bonesmashing and surgery
Who is bonesmashing mainly for?

if you have SLIGHTLY lacking
1 - zygo projection and width
2 - chin projection and width
3 - browridge projection
bonesmashing wont fix your failios but it can ascend a htn to a cl with the right method
lets say you have a 1.9 chin to philtrum ratio.. not too bad but definitely not ideal
bonesmashing the bottom of your chin for 10 minutes and remeasure your ratios right after, and the day after. you might have bumped it up from a 1.9 to a 2.1. No you will never ascend you deformed jaw and damian philtrum tier philtrum from a 1.5 to a 2.5, dont even bother bonesmashing unless you already have am acceptable base of bones, you need SURGERY.
over time the effect will compound, not just inflammation but REAL growth
the same thing applies for lacking zygos and browridge. your orbitals seems to be a riskier point of impact but I doubt there is much risk unless you are using an actual fucking hammer.
Section 3 - Now lets move on to HOW to bonesmash
DO NOT use an actual hammer. its too heavy and not fast enough. You need medium to high strength fast taps. not some little pussy hits but not trying to break your face in with a sledge hammer. Use something like a cup. If you have heavy inflammation after the smash session and the day after then you did a goodjob. there should also be bruising. It looks cool dont cover it up with concealer so a PSLer can recognize you
my personal routine includes 5 to minutes on each zygo then 5-10 minutes on my chin
i go all around the bone, you dont want to target a very specific part of your bone because this will cause asymmetries, you need to go all around the place you are targeting so it grows evenly.
Section 4 - Proof
pre smash zygos
