It really seems like a slave master speak, when you think about it. Why tf is being "humble" considered so ideal by society, usually supposed humbleness puts emphasis on you acting like a beta who is too high inhibition to talk about his talents and gift. Maybe, the focus on being humble is a mechanism for the normies to cope because they really have no skills, offered by their genetics so it's better to think that you are a humble guy, when you are really a useless loser who is too afraid to stand up for himself and instead acts like a conflict averse cuck which is a massive foid trait, because they must know something is not right.

No because being arrogant is not ideal for most situations. If you are surrounded by friendly people you do not want to purposely anger them by bragging, being humble makes social interactions easier between social groups.
If you are surrounded by enemies you can brag as long as it is about things that you can actually do.

You can still be confident in your abilities while being humble.

Right now, supposed, humbleness is downplaying yourself leading to low self-esteem and lack of agency, leading to the npc we all know and love. It's an excess in humbleness today, not real humbleness.
