im not trying to fearmonger or anything but i want to warn my fellow baldingcels of what CAN happen if you take fin:

this is my chest 3 years ago

as you can see its just pure muscle mass (not a lot i know) and 0 fat

after taking TOPICAL 0.1% fin for 1.5 months daily:

as you can see my chest is now droopy one sided because i built gland tissue up

now i have to fly to poland and get it removed by a well known gyno surgeon for 2k euros.

i was never fat and always worked out btw, got average T levels and average estrogen levels

I'm sorry you got side effects from the drug. Although it seems strange to me, that the topical version after just 1,5 months (!) is supposed to have caused this.

Generally speaking, any drug always comes with the possibility side effects, so there's no point in singling out finasteride as a baddie.

It's well known that a small amount of patients will suffer side effects when on it.

Hope you get satisfactory results from the surgery (y)

i think the online doctor just told me to take way too much

he said 2x3 sprays of 0,1% fin every single day. it seems overkill to me

could be. It would depend on how much this translates to in the bloodstream compared to the 1mg oral version. No idea how much of it actually gets absorbed through the scalp and how much a single spray contains.

How is that possible then. If fin didn't alter your hormones how can you develop gyno. What about prolactin.

im cutting to 12-13% to see if it gets a little better. if not i book my flight to poland
 
I got gyno from fin too fuck any drug it will only cause side effects there is no good drug

nah

i read its very unlikely for the gyno to return once u get the gland removed. ill stick to low dose fin now 3x a week 0.025% and up the dose to each other day 0.025% maybe going up to 0.5% soon

yea its cheap and theres a specialist known for removing the whole gland. many less known surgeons dont do that which results in return of gyno

I had some gyno too cause of it but im waiting for my leanmax to get it removed

it might get a little better by cutting fat and u might not need a lipo + gland removal so its cheaper

I would also have a question, I am taking oral finasteride 1mg for quite some time but probably this is the same case with topical.
What is the best bf to have considering someone uses dht inhibitors?
Is 16% way worse than lets say 12% considering changes in hormonal profile? Even on fin my dht is abovr average, but there are changes probably in e2, progesterone, testosterone and so on. Is this better to have less bodyfat on fin to have better hormonal results?

There is no optimal bf, it doesn't even mean you will 100% get gyno even if your estrogen is sky high, someone who is 8% bf may have lower risks of side effects, but it's certainly not a high risk at all to use fin at 20+bf.

Yeah but I am talking from gym/sexual perspective because I don't think its clearly the same bf due to potentially different aromatization
 
Topical fin does not reduce sides compared to oral fin. Finasteride side effects do not persist beyond 3 months. Try taking vitamin D 10K IU with some K2

where did u read that stuff jfl

thats not true. 1st yes topical finasteride goes systemetic just like oral, but not as much. serum dht does not get reduced as much as if i took it orally.

2nd theres no proof fin sides go away after 3 months, especially gyno related sides. they never go away. some doctors say sexual sides improve after a couple of years but jfl at that, rather lose hair and get hair system

It is a drug that was used for prostate of 80 year olds was not meant to treat alopecia, who is lucky not to have sides good for him but know that you are playing with your hormones, finasteride raises progesterone which is a female hormone
