Introduction
Some of you may know what the title is referring to, but for those that don't, endocrine disruptors are chemical compounds that may disrupt hormones and/or thyroid function. Consistently using products or eating foods containing such additives may result in lower testosterone. Many of the people on this forum are shooting up steroids and not getting rid of some of the hidden culprits of lowered testosterone. Especially if you are still in puberty, cutting these things out from diet or routine may result in higher testosterone, which in theory means better looks if consistent. Even if you are not in puberty, many of these products or foods don't just affect your hormones, but rather almost every aspect of your body, many FDA approved additives in foods and products like supplements, powders, "healthy" foods, and in stuff like skincare products have been shown to effect gut intestinal health, a key part in not getting sick and keeping the body stable.
Note: I won't be going over diet suffecientley as many other people have already covered this topic
How do I fix this?
For starters, as stated in other posts, fixing your diet is one of the MOST important things you can do, fixing problems you may have with things like acne, could easily be done by eating healthier. Making sure to opt for as organic as possibile. The second step is to cut out anything toxic that you use on a daily, weekly, or biweekly basis. This includes dish soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, moisturizers, facial cleansers, serums, sunscreen, detergents, hand soaps, toothpaste, lotions. You mainly want to focus on eliminating things you apply directly to your skin or hair, or ingest. Using apps like Yuka, or websites like EWG you can find appropriate products to. If scanning with Yuka, do not you use any product below a 100 rating. Also avoid it if you see any ingredient with the word glycol, potassium sorbate, gum, wax, polysorbate. Propindol is also another term for propylene gylcol. EWG has a list of products that are certified by them with no potential risks, you should always look there for EWG certified products if you want to cut out any potential risk. AND DON'T USE FUCKING TEFLON .
I will say, some of these are not insanely harmful to your health, some are though, but things like proplyne glycol is just a skin irritant which can causs rashes, gums damage gut health and so does potassium sorbate. Yuka should give a general idea of what to avoid and it will point out the super harmful shit like BHT or all those UV chemical sunscreen blockers, do not use it to scan foods though, if you'd like to do that, use Fig. Also, especially if you use Vitamin C in anything, drop anything with sodium benzoate.
