I eat a well balanced diet of eggs chicken red meats drink water etc I and go to the gym what do yet my skin still looks like shit I do thumbpulling yet my jaw is still narrow I try to improve but nothing works I’m consistently worrying about my long philtrum and unideal chin to philtrum ratio I’m losing sleep over my low fwhr I fucking hate my close set eyes and long midface on top of this I have learning difficulties and autism how can one cope with this shit
