have u ever notice how nothing really hits anymore?
Music feels stale, dopamine burns out within seconds, even chasing looksmaxxing goals becomes mechanical after a while. You reach a milestone.more lean mass, clearer skin, NT and you just feel nothing. Just the same dull baseline. Hedonic adaptation is a cruel mistress.

I don’t even think we were meant to live like this. Everything is optimized, streamlined, overstimulated. TikTok rewired normie brains, but lets be honest even those of us who are “aware” arent even immune anymore. Hyper stimulus is inescapable, and we’ve reached the point where the only true novelty is suffering.

At what point do you accept that life is just a cycle of minor upgrades, momentary highs, and inevitable desensitization?
