Yeah i saw that really good results, i got 15k saved up but id be skeptical going to brazil to do something like this on most bimax guides they tell you to never try a developing country cause of the risks.

Europe is far more heavily regulated, and if shit hits the fan, I believe you have a much better chances in legal discourse
same thing with Turkey, you get botched, what can you do? Cry about it on social media at best

another thing to keep in mind that the definition of "surgeon" varies wildly
in some countries, orthodontist is just a specialty of dentistry, while in others, it's a whole thing by itself
aren't some surgeons that RSM works with in turkey literally dentists? who just took some maxfac course?

there could be a massive difference in the rigor of education between an European maxillofacial surgeon, and some 3d world country one

I wouldn't trust any kraut to create an aesthetic result. They just don't have the culture that values facial aesthetics, it's more about functionality.

If one can afford USA, they mog Germany in every aspect except price of course and Nobody from USA would travel to Germany for jaw surgery. To Italy yes because they actually have a good eye for facial asthetics and are much cheaper than USA.

the thing with ram is that his aesthetic philosophy is all about harmony and balance instead of having the best features (which is the right approach to cosmetic surgery, if you don't follow that rule you end up with botched and dysmorphic unstable patients that never should've gotten surgery). He rarely advances the maxilla forward only usually rotation, Why? Because it can put the maxilla out of harmony, It isn't within natural maxillary growth to have the lower maxilla a few mm in front of the upper maxilla and he's not conservative for doing it, In fact he advances the mandible a lot (again because its within its natural growth).., and the only surgeons that might know how to manipulate soft tissue so its actually harmonious are rafaiini and gunson, and even then I don't really buy their "method", because to me they only ride the coat tail of Arnett's legacy. Besides these forums are a echo chamber with mentally unstable individuals who fantasize about being the best looking instead of actually just improving their looks the best they can, that's why when people see a drastic result (always because of their base looks and not the surgeon) they automatically hype up that specific surgeon, but then when they see his other patients (not the looks best base), they then toss that surgeon away because it doesn't feed into their delusional fantasy . People also just expect jaw surgeons to be aesthetic surgeons which they are not, why are all looksmaxxers still fantasizing over a bimax like its the holy grail of surgery, (giant implants sold that idea along with implants). For "looksmaxxing" its mid anyways unless you clinically need it to a certain degree. Until you can actually afford a bimax there is no reason to be fantasizing over a surgeon, that you think will save your "incelpdom"
