There is a reason why ISPR needs so much funding, the military is so pathetic and corrupt, they need to invest majority of their resources in PR. Indian military never resorts to this.
I am sure Muslims are marginalized in India and hence they need protection from an Islamic nation like Pakistan:

LOL at thinking Pakistan even compares to India. The country is literally just Punjab and Sindh, even Sindh unstable at times. Balochistan and KPK are literally as unstable as Afghanistan, Yemen, Libya etc. Its only diplomacy is being in the debt trap of China and through China, normalizing its state sponsored terrorism. Pakistan is considered a nuisance even to other stable Islamic nations.
