People do see permanent results with pumping but not all, and yes a lot of it is temporary and eq gains, most people in the community are mostly using hangers and extenders for length and clamping for girth that's the meta rn, for pumping you also need strong erections or else you will build edema, I don't know what pressure is optimal because I don't pump.

But it doesn't matter if individual people are reading my posts with whatever size they have lmao, if you have less than 6 you'll gain less and maybe not be able to use dick size as a halo but it's still useful and can be a confidence booster.
