Am I the only one who has this but my grand dad and dad both have bigger hands and voice mog me and my brother

But they’re way shorter than me and my brother, I’ve noticed this trend among zoomer men

High estrogen = taller with worse frame

I have the exact same thing with my Dad. My grandpa on that side I never met though and my other grandpa is a framelet

Yeah, this is the case for ethnic zoomers.
Their bodies have adapted to all the estrogen and gh in their food, which they normally wouldn't have gotten in their native countries.
Also could be that their grandparents and parents were malnourished, and because of that they're short.

weirdly enough im the opposite, my grandfathers are taller and a better frame meanwhile im shorter than them with an average frame. Wish i was 6'7 like my uncle

Applies to all first world zoomers to a lesser extent. All the older generations are thicker wristed and sturdier. My Dad framemogs and skullmogs the majority of guys my age but he's only 5'10. Meanwhile I'm small skulled with an average frame. I see this phenomenon often.

Yeah as I said, it's mostly because of the gh and estrogen in the food.
It's unlikely your dad would look like that if he had the same diet as you growing up.
