I'm a millennial (28) and am old enough to remember when this wasn't quite the case. When there wasn't instagram/tik-tok and women had to also REWARD attention with sex. Now they just get attention for free on the internet and give nothing back. There is no give and take anymore. They just get attention for free and move on from there, growing in narcissism. With their brains becoming hardwired addicted to this validation lol. Oh of course this only applies if you are not in the top 20%.

Red-pill says no it doesn't matter how good looking or tall you are, just lift weight, avoid processed food and have a skincare routine lol.
