Anyways. Bald oldcel in his 40s hates my guts upon seen me. I am new in the job. He is a very bitter guy and anytime I see him he's slandering everyone (they always happen to be young men) and tried to take a jab at me in public today because "I don't have experience". I am sure he has complained already I must suck at work because well... just because. And he probably thinks the position is probably too good for me because I will be in the group that makes the most money... and I'm young. He hides his hostility behind the label of caring about this trash business XX.

I dont want to report him yet because I don't want to have any record here... or maybe I should? Because then if something happens people will think I might be involved... I want to remain my hoax of idiot for a while tbh. Maybe I should forget about "something happening" and just report him to have him stop? I'm not completely sure, I'm certain he wants me fired and this nigga don't even know me. That's why I say being "gl" doesn't save you from everything. If I were better looking he'd just hate me more.

I see a very weird vibe in this place. Far too many people are fighting and taking jabs it seems to me management is a bit useless but 3rd world country after all...

I didnt say im good looking. I don't call myself good looking even if I were sometimes or not. I describe myself as younger and better looking than those oldcels.

And yes, if you hate on someone from the get go without knowing anything about them, it makes me inclined to think it's theyre bitter cunts who hate on young folks.
It's looks. If you are in your 40s bald and single, and bitter. Who do you treat better? a young lady, a man your same age and same situation, or a young man? The young man has the possibilities.

Either I don't care. Some other people might feel like shit thinking they're doing something wrong and they are autistic or whatever. AYE many people will hate you in this life for many reasons, like you for others.

Hostility from other men is definitely real. My oldcel male professors in uni give me dogshit grades whereas female professors give me straight As. It's honestly such a joke and there's 0 objectivity for grades and the same applies to work. You have to find a job where your supervisor is a woman
